Both Sun And Moon

You sit beside an empty seat
Before a lake so cold and glum
The days before, a puzzled dream
The days ahead, the setting sun

And as you smile upon a frown

Than fall beneath the deep to drown
For that relief, a silent tone

There you sink to floors so deep
