some poetry
ONE IN A MILLION

When you smile
The sun loses its radiance
When you laugh
The darkness lightens
When you sing
The trees dance

Now the sun is gone
The light darkens
And the trees dead

SNOW

Falling alone from the sky
Pure and untouched.....until
Raped and ravaged, white no more
Black, brown, yellow, red
Twisted, smashed, crushed, maligned
Then the Sun comes.
Lifted from its broken body
To live a life renewed
