There is a house around there, go there if you dare.
Out there in the moor,
An estate stood tall and proud.
All covered up in ivy,
Hiding secrets like a shroud.

There is a house around there,
That no one goes near.
Not even the wild animals,
Go to take a peer.

They say in the dead of night,
You can hear a shrill scream.
But as soon as the sun rises,
It’s the trickle of a stream.

There is a house around there,
No one lives there anymore.
It’s horrible; it’s a blood bath,
It’s murder down the moor.
