Mother Nature's Voice

Sitting in the garden
With no one around
I was startled
When I heard a sound

Tried to find the
Source of the noise
Soon realised it was
Mother Nature's Voice

Her voice felt ill,
Depressed and hurt
As man had ruined
Her beauty to dirt

She complained of human's
Destructive development tactics
And condemned the atrocities
Which were in practice

So I decided, to find
A solution to her plight
But to do so
Everyone should fight

And urge the government
To make the laws tight
And preserve the nature
Day and night
