Admiring how soft a strong face looks in sleep.
Opening my eyes, I find myself mesmerized
Softness of sleep graces your face
Smooth velvet covers high cheekbones
Blunting your stubborn chin
Which I adore
Full lips curve into a slight smile
Leaving me to wonder at your dreams
Unable to resist sweet temptation
I caress your face, tracing soft lips
Falling more in love with each silky touch
Looking into gold ringed sage pools
I realize for once I am home; my soul is complete
