The first commandment.

How far can humanity evolve? Every species has a limit to its adaption.
Commander Darko wonder at the stars before his view screen. How many
more years could this mission last? The Kimbell had weathered many
cosmic storms and meteor showers. It was sheathed in special materials
that regenerated the damage to the hull. But, the crew was weary of the long
journey into darkness. Commander Darko had strict orders to survey this
quadrant and gather any valuable samples...

"Water?" Ensign Mary Chase offered a toothy smile and ample cleavage.
Commander Darko sipped the water and wrapped his arm around the Ensign's
hips. At this console he could direct the entire vessel; along with its massive
arsenal. "Commander we have a type one planet, which is 90 percent water."
the voice crackled over Darko's console. "Excellent. Depopulate any unfriendlys.
And open the time continuum for a beacon." Darko kissed Mary ...

After a few months the native population was reduced by two thirds in
the new colony. The remaining inhabitants were tagged and put to use as
slave labor. "Have some fresh water." Ensign Chase gave a toothy smile.
Darko sipped the water from the new colony. "My God this is Heavenly."
he said with an open toothy smile; "If we hadn't stopped those savages
from polluting it; this blue planet would be dust." Darko had another drink.
"The Lord has provided us with a great bounty. Let us give thanks."
Darko commanded his crew to give thanks to God.

"Ah-this water is sweet!" Ensign Chase savored her drink.
"It is a good day. You say you have a slave, who wishes to speak to me?"
Darko winked at Chase. This was a fun game they played with slaves.
The naked slave was brought out in chains and thrown on the deck before
Darko. "How may I help you?" the commander sneered. The slave was
selected for her red hair and porcelain 36-26-36 figure.

"I am a Briton! We will never be slaves!" she shouted standing up
with her chin up. Darko slowly began to laugh and nodded to his guard.
The guard knocked her to the deck. "Are you mad? How can you free
yourself?" the commander asked calmly. He was very pleased with her
beauty. The red haired woman rose to her feet again.

"God is my strength! I will not want or fear death!" She answered
defiantly. Darko took a long pause,  "God has delivered you into slavery.
Is this not clear to you?" She pulled at her chains in an attempt to
attack him. "Hmf. I see you are stubborn." the commander stood up
and walked over to her. He lifted her off her feet with one hand gripped
tightly on her throat. Then, he let her drop limp to the deck.

"We are the chosen ones. We are God's people. You live at our
mercy by the grace of God." Darko said in a loud voice. His crew cheered.
"My kingdom is not of this world. Any power you have comes from the
Devil." the red haired woman shouted and spat in Darko's face.
Darko smiled, "This is a strange faith you have. Do you believe you will be
happier dead? I will not allow it. Make her my concubine." he ordered and
tasted her spittle on his face. An injection of nanomites was made directly
      into her frontal lobe.

She writhed on the deck straining at her chains. After a few hours
she was still. The chains were removed and the guards helped her to her
feet. Darko looked at her with steel blue eyes, "Hello. Can you help me?"
Her face filled with elation, "Oh, yes! Please let me satisfy your every wish!"
They kissed passionately. "I have never loved a man more." she said ..
Darko gave a toothy smile, "I am not a man. I am an automaton."
Darko's race had long gone extinct. They had evolved into a cybernetic
race. But, their faith and passion for God was still strong.

Ensign Mary Chase brought in some male slaves, who also had been
pacified. The two polished androids watched them mate with the red haired
Briton. Neither Darko or Marry had need for sexual organs. They kissed
and wondered at the savages. "God's creation is amazing." Darko remarked.
      Chase gave Darko some water.
