Trevor wanted to be a footballer but all the football acadamies were full. Trevor's parents were very encouring and helped him with his dream as much as they could. Trevor's dad, Malcolm rembered he has got a brother in Turin and so there was a family meeting to discuss the matter. It took a couple of years but eventully Trevor and his family emigrated to Italy. There new house was in Turin and he got an apprentice scheme with Juventus FC. A month later he made his debut for the club and scored a goal, then he set up a pass which ended up in another goal. Juventus won the match and from then on, Trevor was a regular in the squad and became in time a hero. He won the European Cup, 4 Serie A titles, the Italian Cup and European Player of the year. He then had a choice, he could play for England or as he was now classed as an Italian, he could play for Italy but as his grandfather was Welsh, he ended playing for Wales. He was part of the Welsh squad that reached the World Cup Quarter-Final. When he retired from playing, he became the manager of Juventus and led them to two more European Cups, five Serie A titles and four Italian Cups. He later became the manager of Wales but a couple of years later he had to retire due to ill health and sadly a month later he died. His tomb is not far away from Juventus FC and there is also a statue of him too.
