Prelude to "A day with Marley's emotions"
A day in my life  always consists of many emotions. When I wake up each morning I never know which ones I will be facing.  I will have to battle many different ones through-out the course of one day.  That means we are always switching gears in our emotional department. I can't plan the day before what I will do with my emotions. I don't think God had that in mind for us when he created our inner souls. We cannot have a  doctor replace a bad emotion with a good one. There is no physical organ that can be transplanted.

So what then is a emotion and how to we prepare ourselves for those moments that suddenly spring up on us. Our moods, temper, and personality are associated with emotions. If I wake up in a bad mood from being angry the day before not resolving it, then expect me to be emotional. I know it's going to be an awful day with this emotion waking me up. My kind of personality is not going to let me deal with this emotion that well today. My temperament is short when it comes to dealing with angry emotions.  So am I screwed for the rest of the day? Well no. If there are bad emotions then there are good emotions as well.

I will give examples from just one day in my life that will either bring up emotions that cause you laugh or cry. Some will cause you to react with anger or have you feeling sympathy for me. All emotions I can trigger in you just by reading this. Which one are you prepared to cope with if you choose to read on? I just prepared you for four different emotions that could happen as you read on. Okay, so you are thinking “ I'm prepared, I choose to read on”.You might finish reading this and be dealing with an emotion that you didn't expect. How do we cope with those unexpected feelings that we are not prepared for?I guess the only way to learn is to experience them. So with that in mind read on to find out what happens in a day with my emotions.
