I hear of you

I've seen the colors you have represented.

People have spoken of your wonders.

Some forget about you, but others keep you at a goal's distance.

You have drifted in and out of my sight,

but today I have you firmly planted on my mind.

I know the key to you although I have never touched this key.

thought of it slightly a couple of times,

but I cannot be without you much longer.

Nights turn to days as I dream of your touch.

I speak to God and I believe his will is for me to complete this puzzle.

The reward is a piece of you.

The only question is, what is holding me back?
