Trust

Trust has never been this hard,
When I have been used to luridness,

So simple to sell my body
For cheap tricks lately,

Cover my ill decisions, with choice branches,
Like a path I never want discovered.
Convincing, sure-footed swindles,

Entwining screams of bargain basement,
Lows, Rack these thoughts,

To sell low but Father says to sell high,
So lost, scramble to say what is right,

Scratching at the old, desiring new,
I can not be soothed,

Foot in one door and another,
Slits my soul,

Tears me limb to limb…….
