The day had been filled with unplanned moments that shocked Cynthia. First thing this morning her boyfriend of three years told her that it was over and that she had to get out. Next while at work her boss told her that he was going out of business and had better start looking for a new job. Then she learns her best friend is getting married and will be out of the country for a year. So when she got a call from her cousin out of the blue asking for her to come for a visit Cynthia just figured it was par for the course.
