A Happier! Healthier! Better You!

When it comes to fitness and weight training there's is nothing more important than Frequency, Form, Function and Flexibility. These four principles  are the primary goal of Fusion 40 Fitness 4 F Principle. Training Frequency is a guarantee to physical progress in your fitness routine. One should workout no less than three times a week.  Whether using machines or weights, always think about Form. Using proper form reduces the possibility of injury and ensures you're targeting muscle groups specific to your fitness routine. The Function of exercises in your fitness routine are also important. What purpose does the exercise serve. Is the to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility or all the above. Think about the machines and apparatuses you are using. Integrating these four principles through out a training routine will keep you stay focused on your fitness goals. Whether you're using machines or weights, to increase the progress of your fitness routine remember to stretch. Having good Flexibility will reduce the possibility of injury during physical activity. Frequent warm ups and stretching help to keep the blood circulating and the muscles and ligaments pliable during and after your workout routine. By combining these four principles you're just a few weeks away from a Healthier! Happier! Better You!
