One Misty, Moisty Spring
The fairies came out to play
To dance around and to sing
From dark night until bright day
Their flowing dresses, light
And beautiful tresses, bright
So I took a peek, found what I did seek
And was met by a wondrous sight
This I will forever hold
Within me to recall
Even though I do grow old
And answer to the call
Grandma, the sweet children cry
As I watch and lovingly sigh
Remembering my life
My happiness and strife
Memories, one and all
Especially that month
One misty, moisty spring
At the fairies spring ball
