The cost of strength can often be very high.

My heart of stone
I can not atone
The blood which pulses in my ear
Erasing all my doubt and fear

My existence is a sin
On both blood and kin
Shoulders bear the weight of hate
A man who has accepted fate

Beneath the flesh the demons sleep
Outward does their malice seep
On heart of stone do their teeth gnash
A fragile soul which their claws gash

The power I sought
The reason I fought
Has left my heart a frozen stone
A thousand sins for which I can not atone
