Shadow On My Wall

There lies a shadow on my wall.

In which a spirit dwells.

I can hear them call.

And I can sense there presence with chills.



They live here on earth.

Longing for what they can't have.

They need something to go forth.

And rest in peace.



I can see them on my wall.

And yours too.

They move quick and do not fall.

I wish not to scare so I do not tell you.



I do not tell of my gift.

For it will only bring hate.

From the living and the dead.

And I wish that not be my fate.



I wish to live in peace.

And for THEM to live too.

To find happiness.

And not to give a clue.



So I hope I sleep.

And that way I stay.

When I die.

That I turn into earths clay.



That is my dying wish.

To rest in peace.

That is my dying wish.
