From my position as hospital food service specialist until present I have worked in various types of restaurants: Military- large and small garrison, hospital, and field kitchens; Civilian-short order diner, corporate theme, fine dining, banquet. This has given me the diversity in knowledge and skill required to handle any culinary task a kitchen may require. Efficiency and timing, as well as, diversity, dedication, drive, flexibility, and motivation has always brought me to a leadership position in almost every job I’ve obtained.
