I have dealt with a lot in my past this is my way to clear it all out.

When people are thrown into tough situations they often lose themselves.
Whether it be something as simple as getting bad grades on a project they worked themselves to death on.
Whether it be to something as serious as losing a family member.
We've all been down that road.
The road that we all dread to be on.
The one where it forks off into two different directions.
Making you decide how you will make the best of things.
You can let things overwhelm you and take over your happiness. Leaving you in a dark grey state.
Or, you can take the high road, and realize that if you are truly unhappy with your current situation that only you can change it.
Yes, there will be things that you have no control over.
But if you let depression come into play or unbelievable sadness, it will be harder to find yourself again.
One thing I will always remind myself when I am in a tough scenario is," somewhere out in the world, someone is going through a tougher time then I am."
We can't let things control the things we want.
