I always wanted you to be mine,

but destiny didn't think it was fine...

I tried but all in vain,

no peace but so much pain....



There came a time when we became friends,

and i hope this thread wont be broken by evil ends........

I saved your every single text,

without knowing what was coming my way next.....



You have someone else by your side and so do i,

but still in my heart i don't know why........

Your thoughts chime in like a merry song,

though all of them had been unreal all along.........



I shared all my feelings with you,

may it be many or just a few........

You meant so much to me,

I thought you were mine to be....



I actually loved you,

and i guess i still really do...

I don't want to believe this,

but all those lovely days i really shall miss........



Those moments spent with you were just so glamorous,

I remember the grandeur in them...

In my life those days are a priceless gem,

because the time wen i loved you was amazing!!



Its wierd today as under the starry night i weep,

with feelings just as the ocean so deep.....

Why did i promise myself something so hard to keep,

when i knew all along that my love is never going to reap...



I guess you are still my all,

may it be my climb or may it be my fall....
