Saved My Life

There's so much I could say to you,
And yet words are not enough.
You showed me how to live this life;
You showed me how to truly love.

I don't know who I'd be today
Without your guiding light.
You took the hand of a broken girl
And walked her through the night.

You have done so much for me,
You've done things you'll never know.
You gave my heart a sanctuary;
You gave my soul a home.

Looking back, I see it now;
I can see through all the strife.
That even though I was just some kid,
