My guardian, watching, listening; providing me with peace of mind, the calm of the storm - still and whole. You wait readily beyond blurred edges. The only one with the ability to tear down this wall of illusion that keeps me trapped. Your melancholy lingers near the living, and sings for the dead. Some choose to ignore your omnipresence. I stand exempt, sharing your sorrow as you reach for me, every second deepening our deviant relationship. What is life without you? Giver of Direction, Wise Maker of Maps, when will I find you? We are enclosed together, but I can feel your distance. Do not be afraid, lean close. Discover me the way I want to discover you. Lead me in to uncharted realms. In this music box I am trapped, it is a magnificent box. Mysterious and vast, it is filled with scenic scapes and life abounding. I yearn to hear the sweet song that it will play.
