A pretty trivial poem about love, but, hey, I wanted to give it a try...
I didn’t meet you on a summer evening,
We didn’t kiss beneath the starry sky,
But then the world had simply lost its meaning,
That day my heart converted from the night.

We danced in rhythm, though there was no sound,
We felt the music that we couldn’t hear,
And then I found that when you were around,
I’d never ever be possessed by fear.

No snow was falling down around us,
There were no icy jewels in your hair,
But we had more than just a spark of wild lust -
We made a memory that we now share.

We didn’t speak about our plans together,
We didn’t even say a single word,
With you I felt so calm, as light as feather,
With you my daily worries seemed absurd.

Your arms around me were my summer evening,
Your eyes so bright – my pair of shiny stars,
Our dance had filled the whole wide world with meaning,
My world – the beating of our hearts.
