CAPTCHA :


Captcha stands for Completely Automated Public Turing Test to Tell Computers and Humans Apart. Captcha is basically the two string which are displayed for the user. First is the real string while the other is a string that a scanner was not able to digitize, or turn into characters. These images often have scratches, or lines through them, or the ink didn't for a perfect letter. Captcha is basically used to prevent your website from spam bots. However there is also audio captcha available to prevent the visually impaired people to be grouped into spammers.

SAPTCHA :

SAPTCHA stands for Semi Automatic Public Turing Test to Tell Computers and Humans Apart. It is similar to captcha, but the user is presented with test question or instructions and must give correct answer to use resource. Unique test question and answers are set by moderator or owner when SAPTCHA is installed, and are changed every time spamming happens. Saptcha is more effective than captcha in preventing spammers.
