sometimes the unexpected relationships should have been the more obvious one
Our conversations made me laugh, made me cry,
I'm starring at the crossroads of friendship where even the purest ones change
Something got shaken; we blacked out, and woke up in a different place
I'm breathless with a snap shot picture of you kissing me
Leaving me feeling as if I can lift my head to face another day
Now I wonder where we go from here.
My emotions are going crazy or maybe they're just senseless.
Never was the type of girl that needed direction
But now I see you’re trying to save me
I jump in your fast car; we black out and wake up in different place
Now your skin is against mine
Bodies are shaking and you've felt every part of me
Now I wonder where we go from here.
Though it is complicated, we say it feels right
I feel like I've reached a dead end.
I feel destruction settle in and how can I keep secrets in disguise
I realize the end of our storyline
I have to give up your love, your affection and such
But let's be real we never were each others to begin with
I'd be the fool to think that I can keep you
We played with fire now we'll watch it burn.
I feel like I'm at a funeral today burying all the lies
But I'd pray for forgiveness because it’s hard for me to pretend
And the pain that I feel is from fear of losing my friend
