This is a poem of a broken heart as soon as it happens.
It is but a warped heart! Here and now!
Beneath the crimson tides of blood
Flowing out a steady flood,
Tears of pain I dread somehow;
Broken hearts upon the bough.

The branches quiver! Yes it's True!
In these veins which carry life
Are now seen parted with a knife;
The dagger used to run me through,
Is the gift that I had given you.

This trust is gone! There is no more!
There is no way for a better life
No hopeful dreams to have a wife;
For when you know the heart is tore
You lock yourself behind the door.
