Words True And Noble

If I were to surely write
With pen in hand but scribe; 
Words of wisdom, from the heart, 
With not a thing to hide.

I would tell the tale of life
Of knowledge to be had;
The happiness, sad but true,
The things that drive us mad.

I'd write the greatest poem
To soar upon your mind;
Would set a message upon a path
These pearls for you to find.

Then the understanding here
Upon this ink you'd see;
Are words so true and noble,
These words to you from me..
