As stubborn as a hard stone you were and always will be

It's the way you were made of but how I could not see



You have the biggest heart, huge just like the sea

There you were in good and bad for dad and me



Although I knew I was your favourite at the end of the day

You made them feel all loved and special in your own way



No words can describe my love and attatchement to you

You gave birth to me no one will replace what you do





Like a child your face becomes while you're laughing

When you hear good news or that my brother is arriving



Generous and sensitive are your best quality

Thanks to you, home is equal to love and chastity



Mother, as I write this poem for you

I want you to know and it's definitely true



I'm grateful and proud to have a person like you

Someone that I cherish and have helped me through



To see the bright side of each and every hindrance

That came across my life and changed it for instance



The sentence I love you, is too simple I know

but the words cannot show how far I can go



I give you my life and soul if that's enough

Just to see your smile and hear your laugh



Because the greatest thing you'll ever learn

Is just to love and be loved in return
