"My Journey Ahead"

I have made my decision,
there's no changing my mind,
Moving on with my life,
living it up,
while I'm still young,
my life has only begun,
my journey is new,
my eyes are open,
I'm gonna find my way,
the truth I have spoken,
there may be more heartaches,
headaches,
charades,
I may make more mistakes,
along the way,
but one thing I know,
that I must do,
is be true to myslef, my heart,
to make it through,
I may be on my own,
It will be a struggle,
but I am packing my bags,
leaving behind my yesterdays,
my rearview mirror i turned around,
no looking back,
this is my now,
my time to be,
my time to live,
my moments of truth,
obstacles await,
yet I won't hesitate,
the dream is mine,
I'll take the road,
less traveled,
I'll find and unravel,
lessons learned,
now it's my turn,
packing my bags,
No I'm not running away,
jst driving to my future,
driving towards the sunset,
until I see the sunrise,
I'll find where I belong,
I will stand tall and strong,
I'm on my journey now,
I know I'll make it through,
I may be driving solo,
with my pride in the passenger side,
now I'm taking action,
This is my life,
you don't have to understand,
or make me turn around,
I'm young and free,
and wild at heart,
I'll make it through,
this is where it starts,
On my way to new beginnings,
and endings too,
i'm only 23,
I'm single and I'm free,
to live the life I dream,
I still have time for me,
this is my chance my time,
out of sight out of mind,
I must do this on my own,
my journey to find my home,
A place where I belong,
to bring my heart in song,
the shattered memories,
won't dare stop me now,
Please let me go,
let me leave this town,
explore my options,
believe that I can,
Never underestimate the power of me,
I'm stronger than you let yourself to believe,
I may be good, shy and cute,
I may seem naive to you,
if you only knew,
the world I've seen,
yet more to come,
to make me, me
who I am is who I want to be,
I chose my path,
you can't choose it for me,
for once believe, in me,
for once support my dreams,
for once give me the chance,
to show you,
that on my own,
I will stand,
I may shed tears,
I may hit a wall,
scream and shout,
possibly fall,
yet in the end,
with a smile true,
I find my way always,
oh yes I do,
so let me go now,

let me drive for miles,
don't worry,
I'll be alright,
miles and miles ahead,
my destination awaits,
believe in me,
my mind is made up,
there is know turning back,
what once was white,
now is black,
the sun is golden,
that's where I follow,
