Personal Life Changes
I believed
When my eyes were clear
When life was new
I believed
With one caress
With one smile, one look
I believed
The soft words spoken
With Faith and Trust instilled
I believed
When our world became entrenched and we stood alone
When instances of Life changed
I believed
When no touches came
With eyes of blankness glazed through
And frozen kisses came
I believed
Living without what once was
My life went...and I believed
