Past thoughts enter my sleep every night,

as present dreams never leave my head

every mourning find tears on my bed,

cold heart in the mist of fovever promises,

turns to warm heart tarnishes

in a unfair world where mistakes are made,

and thoughts of forgiveness are left in shame

hoping for maturity,

instead living my life with insecurities
