what was on my mind

Why do I keep writing
as if it really matters,
dose it free my mind
will my heart feel better,
bad judgments my mind made in it's past,
tear at my heart,
and the bleeding won't pass,
over the loss of a love,
I so badly mistreated,
he held onto me,
as i begged and i pleaded,
i pushed him away,
i told him to go
when deep down inside
my heart screamed no,
