A poem I wrote about this girl to whom I quoted many lines to from Romeo and Juliet
There is this friend of mine I met
And I say that with glee
Her nickname is Juliet
But her first name is Kirrily

I met her one weekend
When at an important event
My help I thought I could lend
After which, me, I was hoping she would not resent

When I first saw her face
By beauty I was struck
Even now when my thoughts I retrace
I can see meeting her was more then just luck

As I got to know her more
More greatly was I amazed
Her inner beauty was phenomenal, I saw
And from fear I was not fazed

Trying to get her to dance
A task that was hard to do
And setting her up for some romance
With a guy she was attracted to

Trying to calm her fears
And get her to meet the guy
Pictures this gave me almost brought me to tears
But to create joy and a good night, did I still try

Regardless of my past
I still held out hope
That maybe she would be different,
That maybe from this I wouldn't need an escape rope.

Gladly was I wrong
As I came to find out
My time with her wasn't long
But that I would meet her again, I had no doubt

Shining greater than any star
With more beauty than anything in the world
Though she lives away from me, so far
Forever I will be glad that fate decided our paths to meld

How long will I know her?
That I do not know
But that I will always remember her
Is something that will always be so

So much has she enriched my life
Has given it so much wealth
I don't want to see her going through strife
But to see her always in good health

So now I come to end of this tale-sea
And only wish you could've met
The one known as Kirrily
That I also call "My Juliet"
