  who can deny the greatness
  that is seen in the life of a mother
  her strong arms are always there to embrace you
  in her eyes you find love residing
  the pearls of laughter from her throat
  makes your heart settle in sleep without fear
  or is those tears shed in comradeship
  when you are down and out
