The Luminous Flame

The Flame

Burning a lumenious red,

the flames flickering across the room

darkness aproching my hollow heart

nothing left, nothing to live for

pain, agony, tears

not a shred of wisdom left for me to see

not one boundrey on this earth keeping me here

the scars on my heart cannot be healed,

welded together so many times,

so many times broken again,

to this very edge of emotion i declare

that life isnt worth living with the pain

nothing is worth the pain of a scarred heart

falling in pieces around my mind

my streak of madness screaming come get me you hideous flame

take me but i shall hold my head up high knowing i beared the pain

the pain shall be forever imprinted in my soul

as i walk into the fire and feel the burn as my body turns to ashes
