West to Fight the Sea

Lord of all the mountain land
  As far the river Dea
East unto the Dragon Stand
  West unto the Sea

His eyes survey his vastly hold
  The sun is glaring hot
Peace is won, with battles cold
  He wishes they were not

His hungry sword is clean
  Strapped against his side
The beast he rides is mean
  Heaves a nervous sigh

Sniffs the air for blood
  Ready to challenge death
Paws the naked mud
  Questions with snorting breath

With words he sooths his beast
  Under the burning sky
Words of a warrior's feast
  A warrior's way to die

All the battles have been fought
  All the treasure won
All the weapon gather rot
  A warrior's life is done
