Short lyrical poem
If I watched a bird fly overhead,
Would I still feel as if I'm dead,
Casting shadows,
Sailing like a dove,
Is there really such a thing as love?

If we could be like a wolf and run free,
Would we see all there is to see,
Hiding secrets,
Wasting all our time,
Can I really replace reason with rhyme?

If our love was an everlasting rose under the moon,
Would the end still feel as if it came to soon,
Fading embers,
Wanting nothing but you,
Can this love please be true?
