Letting it go...

I have to let you go,
My time with you has come to an end.
We can’t be more than friends and even that is getting harder to do.
I can’t place myself in your shoes,
I want too much to be more and I can’t.

I don’t know how to live with less
I have to find a way to let you go
So I won’t keep losing more of myself
I made a mess of my heart and I have to fix it.
