Eternal denial, faking smiles
Ones you love, who's truly on trial?

Unfortunate times, trying to hide
Pride is folded, memories collide.

Unthinkable deeds, for unfathomable greed,
Only Lucifer himself can plant certain seeds.

Upon a time a brother, a sister the other
Both caught in a conflict, no more need to cover.

Judgment was passed, no proof, emotions thrashed,
Family left bombarded, ridiculed, harassed.

Life simplistic, turns suddenly distant
Everything you know, vanishes in an instant.

The question remains why? Tightly wrapped in lies
Nature of the beast, truth withers, finally dies.

Stuck with a question that has no answer
Revisiting too often, eats away like cancer.
