whatever way you

maintain it

for it leaves a tender

soft open space

for life to flow through

all of it

from good to bad

and everything in between



eventually the

good and the bad

are no longer good or bad

they are just life

each a puzzle piece



so calm winds

or stormy seas

try to sit with

all of it -

whatever passes through

till they all just are

like you.
