I wrote this to a friend that let her belief stop her from achieving
|
“BELIEVE” Sometimes it can be hard for even me to understand- What or who to believe in and who really has the upper hand. We need to believe in ourselves before anything- To see the true meaning of why we’re here and what our lives can bring. But , still we can’t help wondering why we sometimes feel- That there may be a higher power that’s very strong and very real. All this means is that some of us choose- to keep an open mind and win instead of lose. But, when you count on something else to help you find your way- You can easily become dependant and subconsciously go astray. I’m not saying it’s not good to have a higher power in which you believe- I’m just saying we must first find the power within ourselves, that’s the power to achieve! The reality is that most of us fortunate or unfortunate as it may be- Find it hard to believe in something we can’t actually see. But, there is definitely something out there that we all sometimes Feel- That makes us wonder how we cannot see what we think deep down may be real. What’s this feeling calling? What’s the answer to this mystery? I guess if anyone really knew it would change history! If you are someone who believes that there is something/someone Else that can answer their prayers- Most likely you are a person who inside is not accepting and facing your dares. To look inside yourselves for that inner strength - answer your own prayers and be willing to go to any length. By believing you can wait for something else to help you reach- Your true goals and happiness, not facing your inner obstacles- no one else can preach. I am in no way saying that it’s right or wrong- To believe in whatever power you as an individual feel is very strong. I am just saying don’t become totally dependant on something no one can explain- Combine your belief with your inner strength to achieve happiness and ease pain. The pain of constant obstacles thrown in front of you to test your will------------ Just find that inner power to achieve that climb uphill. - RJN- 2003 |
