Transformation

I close my eyes and the world begins to fade. I hear your heart, it is stealing the life from mine. You are pulling me back from the light and the voices. Pretty pictures in my head begin to fade. I see the smiles, tears, happiness. Its all rolled into a collage of images in my brief existence. Have I left my mark?

Life is fading, slowly dying. I am waking up to a brand new world. Help me find my way back, breathe into me the light of day. The clouds roll back, the stars are unveiled. I can see the heavens merging with the mist of earth's atmosphere.

I start to breathe again. Stealing the vital life from your soul, our hearts are merging, our bloods colliding. We are one forever now. I open my eyes, discover the world that was hiding in our midst. Hold me close, kiss my lips. I need your loving arms to guide me through this new existence. My epiphany is ended. Time to take that first step into the rest of eternity. I Thank You Master, I will forever be grateful.
