A poem I wrote
I wish I could be, everything you want to see.
But now there's nothing left, there's only me.
Is this reality? Or is this a dream?
Am I really alive? Or am I just asleep?
If this is a dream, I hope I can awake.
If this is reality, I hope it's not fake.
Maybe I'm to young to understand the why.
Maybe when I'm old I'll understand this life.
They tell me I'm to young to feel what I do inside.
They tell me I'm to old to keep running and hide.
There's one question I wonder.
There's one answer I ponder.
I wonder what love is, then I think of you.
I wonder why I ask for an answer, that I already knew.
