A childrens poem about a mischievous cat.
Who is Miss Patches?

Miss Patches has a tail so long,
you can hardly see the tip.
But Patches knows where it's at,
She uses it for a whip.

Miss Patches has ears so tall,
They stand up on her head.
When I go to find her,
She is sleeping in my bed.

Rainbows have lots of colors,
Miss Patches has lots too.
She's black, white, brown, and orange,
But never ever blue.

We have only two legs,
Miss Patches has her four.
Whenever she is hungry,
She just scratches at my door.

Miss Patches has a tiny nose,
That's always cold and wet.
But don't go grab a kleenex,
Just take her to the vet.

Miss Patches has a little tounge,
It's very very pink.
Whenever she is thirsty,
She uses it to get a drink.

Miss Patches likes to play a game,
Where she jumps up so very high.
Someimes I get so worried,
She might jump right into the sky.

Miss Patches is a lady,
Who sits upon a chair.
But when the summer is very hot,
She leaves alot of hair.

Miss Patches has hair so soft,
I brush it every day.
When I finish brushing her,
We both go out to play.

Miss Patches has golden eyes,
That can see you in the dark.
She is always very quiet,
and she never ever barks.

Miss Patches has a mustache,
That sticks out from her nose.
There are fourteen tiny hairs,
Standing up in neat little rows.

With a tail so long,
Ears so tall,
Lots of colors too.
A tiny nose,
Jumping so high,
And she's never ever blue.

She's not a dog,
She's not a bat.
Haven't you guessed it yet?
She's a very special.............

..............CAT.
