Free style poetry
"This pen isn't going to work."
But it does.
I have no faith in things,
Even when
Those things have given me
No reason
To doubt them.
"I will fall in love with him."
But I didn't.
I once had so much hope for things
Even when
Those things gave me
No reason
To be hopeful.
What has changed since now
And then?
Where is the balance
In between
The extremes?
