Endless hallways. White walls of fear

Fog rising up from the depths…the depths of nowhere

Paralyzed, can not run…can not move

Far ahead. In the distance…who is that?

My savior..shrouded in black..arms raised

My body planted, legs don’t move

Only silence where voice should be..mist swirling

Voices groaning song of death

Hooded figure slices the mist…mouth open…no sound

Eyes open…dripping sweat…breathing ragged

Sweet relief
