Allegations against us advertised today
Rising fast, never making headway
They prod our fears and bombard our senses
With scenarios of the end of time
Though we all know who committed this crime

Taken aback, you sit and stare, glistening, gliding, floating like air
Once again, they're offended
Speaking a language we all did know
Silently watching a glamorous show

From beginning to end, the streets narrow further
Bringing you back to a much wider stream
The highest beam weakens and leaves you again
Shaking and screaming, the dreams never end
Arise from the sleep you once thought peaceful
Already convinced that your mind is ungrateful

You fail to catch one another's lost dignity
But soon you will find no feelings of pity
But who am I kidding, there's not one who's so fitting
To take on this task of misnumbered proportions and misguided light
We're not the ones who asked for this fight
