Pushing to the limit,
Not letting go,
Fighting through the mess,
Going for the gold.

Holding back the throttle,
Nailing that turn,
Not looking back,
Rolling through the berm.

Flying down the straight a way,
Heading for the whoops,
Soaring over jumps,
Clicking your boots.

Riding past the crowd,
Blood pumping in your ears,
Reading the mechanic sign,
Hitting up the next gear.

Seeing the finish line,
You kick it up a notch.
Praying not to fall,
And coming out on top.
