The Best Friend

It was the middle of May. Our Spring Fling was coming up we couldn't have in March or April our gym was getting air conditoning in there and cleaning up to make the gym presentable and building new things like a bathroom and showers so now there were two. This Spring Fling was going to be at the new hotel they were building, instead of being in the gym. Today in fifth period it changed. The hotel wasn't going to be finished until the end of June so we wouldn't be able to have it there. We were now having it in our gym. They already statred decorating. I'm on the decorating comitee for dances, but this one wasn't assigned to me. I wanted to see the new pool, hot tub areas mainly. The decorating gets a sneak peak at all of those things. It was three days before our dance. I had no date nor dress I didn't really wanna go without arm candy and my boyfriend well ex and I broke up two weeks ago and I didn't wanna use anyone. I wasn't that type of person too. He and I are friends and he's dating my friend Amber and I totally don't care we're friends and that was the past, it's the present. I could go with the group this year. My group of friends: Jason, Amber, Greg, Cecillia, Amee, and Roger plus me. I'm at home thinking of the game plan. I took out my touch screen phone and texted them all to see if we could group it. First Cecillia and Amee then Amber then all the boys.
REGINA: hey do u got plans for the Spring Fling?????
CICI: yuppers y? im going with roger
REGINA: ok thnx :D

REGINA: you got plans for the spring fling
AMBER: yup

Every answer was a yes except for Greg. Greg was a cute boy with girls falling all over him. I was going to ask him out to not just to get over Jason, but also to have a date and a sweet boyfriend. Greg was so many good things; sweet, cute, kind, considerate too. He said he would go with me phase one complete.


At school the next morning Greg was flirting with me as we passed notes. I know he likes me. He kept saying I'm fine and hot plus sweet like candy! Aww, he is SO sweet!!!


The night of the dance everything was perfect! After the king and queen were announced which was Cecillia and Roger something didn't feel right. We were looking for Cecillia it was 11:30 and time for thq king an queen plus couples dance. We couldn't find Cecillia! I looked in the bathroom in stall five there was blood ALL OVER the floor! I saw a hand sticking out from under the stall door. I took out my phone and hit Cecillia there was a ring from the stall. I tried to open the door. Crap, locked. I used the booby pin in my hair and opened it. I looked down it was Cecillia her head was in the toliet! Her eyes blankly staring at me I ran out and told the king Roger. Roger had blood on his hands! I gasped. "Roger did-did you kill Cecillia?" I asked. "No I would never!" he replied. I didn't believe him though. I texted the rest of the gang to meet in the girls bathroom. We locked the door everyone screamed except Roger and Greg. Amee threw up. We all ran out and told the officer, he looked and called for back up. We all were taken to the police station for questioning. The dance was ended. We all went home. I still thought Roger did it.

The next day on the school news Roger apparently did kill her, he was hand cuffed and taken away. I still couldn't see why he'd do that! I didn't wanna believe it though! School was closed too weeks before this was announced. Why did Roger do it? Why? Cecillia was SO nice!!!
