Manna of the Soul

It flows through me like liquid,
Warm and gentle yet constant and precise
Never once allowing you to dry and be without,
It moulds around connecting with you
The sweetness inside has conquered all.

The purity of the sound lifts one up
From below keeping you up so that nothing
Can let you slip in to the abyss,
The different waves play upon you so softly.

Nothing on earth is like this,
It can warm you; make you cold with dread,
Yet still makes you want it by your heart
As it feeds your soul the food it desires.

The notes echo into ones heart,
The fruitfulness of the flower that blossoms
Forever beautiful and loving,
Sublime and magnificent, encouraging.

The subtlety of the piece that becomes
Is true and great, things fall into place
Allowing the songs of the heart to move,
To dance and jump up high around the world.

All is equal with the world when one
Listens to the beauty of ones soul,
The music that plays is similar to that
Of the motions of ones body and heart.

The liquid floods around me,
Swallowing whole everything that is close,
Putting me in a place that one can only dream,
There is nothing but heaven which can exist like this.
