Veterans forgotten
In hospital halls
Nothing to do but
stare at the walls

Looking down at
empty space where
their legs use to be
Stuck in a wheelchair
for eternity

Some missing arms
Some missing sight
Suffering form fears
That come in the night

Most have no family's
To show that they care
We must not forget
Those men that are there
