Be Faith

Were everyone to be truly religious, then no man woman or child would be left alive. A religions main purpose is to quell peoples fear of death and by association of the unknown. So if anyone is truly religious then one would not fear death. If you are not afraid of death, then you shouldn’t avoid it.

However religion has protections against this. You have people taking the fast track to heaven and you lose your followers. So they teach that suicide is wrong. But it still teaches that self sacrifice is right. One man has an unknown amount of blood, organs and marrow that he can donate. Should he feel he wants "sacrifice himself for the greater good" then he could donate them all. In the process he could save the lives of many.

That would take care of self sacrifice. If you committed suicide so they could take your organs would that let you into heaven?

So you can sacrifice yourself to save others. Not as dramatic as the kind of selflessness in the movies. But it works, and accomplishes the same sort of thing. More so depending on just how much blood organs and marrow you have in you. How rare you are, and if you have certain diseases.

So with all these people pretending to be devout Christians, how come you don’t see this sort of thing happening. Because to do something like this you would have to have complete faith, complete and utter faith. It could be argued that it is impossible to achieve this while still sane.

So, if you wish to be the pure and good christian, you should just go out and do what the bible tells you. You shouldn't care if you die.

Yet Christians don't do this and still claim to have true faith, and any that do go out like this, working for the greater good, more so if they are working for the greater good (Whatever the greater good that their religion teaches is) with a general disregard for their own life; they get marked as crazy. Crazy religious zealots.


It is safe to say that most religions have a definition of the greater good. It can also be said that most religions have a happy go lucky afterlife. So being dead should be better then life and you get there by helping the greater good. So. Greater good is you kill the people who disagree with you. Greater good is that all homosexuals must die. Greater good is that you help people. That you win the war in Iraq. That you serve your country. That you love your wife. You help your community. You Teach. You Learn. Love. Play. Entertain. Kill.

So zealots have the true faith. Zealots take that sermon you drag your family to every Sunday and they make it their life. Because what is life but a way to death, and what is death but endless rewards. You just have to have faith, more then that, you have to live faith, you have to breath faith, you have to BE faith.
